Butterflys are free Runner

I finally got the Butterfly's are Free Runner done for my girlfriends wedding. I thought that I would show you all a photo of it here. I will eventually put it on my site. At least you can see how it looks. It measures 37" long and 15 1/2 tall. I think it will look good on the gifts table at her wedding, and it will also work as the gift from me at the same time. So I killed 2 birds with one crochet pattern. I think that it turned out pretty good. How about you?

FISHING POOL 006

The next pattern in my log book is of fish. There is a pair and one on top of the other.I used Aunt Lydia's 100% Mercerized size 10 thread and a size 7 steel hook. This is one that looks good hanging on the back of a chair. You can even try to color it with a fabric paint that I discovered it is calledMARVY UCHIDA The Fabric Brush Marker. It writes instantly on clothes and is water and chlorine resistant. It is a permanent pigment ink and is non toxic I think it works great because I do not like to change thread all the time to get color in my patterns. You can get it at Walmart or just about any craft store.

Morning Rooster Kitchen Theme

Here is the next pattern in my line up of patterns. It is the rooster theme. I made it one day when my neighbors Rooster was cawing at 2:00 in the afternoon. I thought that it was strange and because I was thinking about that I thought of making it into a pattern. It is about 21 x 17 when finished and was fun to make. I used Aunt Lydia's 10% mercerized size 10 thread and a size 7 steel hook.

Crochetingfun2

I have been busy. A friend of mine ask me to make one of my crochet patterns (Butterflys are free) So she could put it one the gifts table at her weding and I do not have much time.
But here is the next pattern in my line of patterns. It is the Dachshund 004 pattern. I used Aunt Lydia's 100% Mercerized size 10 cotton thread. I also used a sise 7 hook. It looks good on the wall or on the back of the couch. You can buy the pattern and make it yourself or buy it and give it as a gift. Picture of the finished pattern to follow.

USA 003 Flag Theme

Here I will tell you a little bit about my 3rd pattern. It is in the old glory flag theme. It has 35 stars on it. A friend of mine ask if I could make one that also had some hearts on it to let her son know that he is in her heart while he is serving. So this is what I came up with for her. She said that she loved it. It measures about 21x17 when finished.   http://www.shop.crochetingfun2.com/

Crochetingfun2

I was online and thought that I would write a little bit about my 2nd Filet PDF pattern that I made.Unicorn Lovers 002 is the name and it measures about 22x16 when finished. I used Aunt Lydia's 100% mercerized Cotton thread in the 1000 yard count. (only because I hate to add or change thread.) If you know somebody that loves the mythical stallion with the horn like I do then they will love this pattern. I have found that you can color them with a fabric brush marker. I use Marvy UCHIDA The fabric brush marker, no ironing needed writes instantly on fabric, water and chlorine resistant. Permanent pigment ink dries instantly. It is safe and non toxic. I am going to put a picture of what the pattern looks like when it is finished.  Remember that every pattern that you buy from me I donate 05 cents to KPFL here in Libby. Thanks for your support in advance!!   www.shop.crochetingfun2.com

Filet Crochetingfun

http://www.shop.crochetingfun2.com/

One of my step moms taught me how to make the chain stitch about 35 years ago. I like to draw so I put the 2 together and came up with some pretty good patterns. The first one I made was of a Indian Chiefs Head. For some reason though nobody is buying them.  I only want 1.99 for a pattern and I donate 05 cents of every pattern to the local animal shelter here in Libby MT,  I think there is a picture of him here at the bottom of the page. More on my 2nd one next time.
