USA 003 Flag Theme

 Here I will tell you a little bit about my 3rd pattern. It is in the old glory flag theme. It has 35 stars on it. A friend of mine ask if I could make one that also had some hearts on it to let her son know that he is in her heart while he is serving. So this is what I came up with for her.  I was online and thought that I would write a little bit about my 2nd Filet PDF pattern that I made.Unicorn Lovers 002 is the name and it measures about 22x16 when finished. I used Aunt Lydia's 100% mercerized Cotton thread in the 1000 yard count. (only because I hate to add or change thread.) If you know somebody that loves the mythical stallion with the horn like I do then they will love this pattern. I have found that you can color them with a fabric brush marker. I use Marvy UCHIDA The fabric brush marker, no ironing needed writes instantly on fabric, water and chlorine resistant. Permanent pigment ink dries instantly. It is safe and non toxic. One of my step moms taught me how to make the chain stitch about 35 years ago. I like to draw so I put the 2 together and came up with some pretty good patterns. The first one I made was of a Indian Chiefs Head. For some reason though nobody is buying them.  I only want 1.99 for a pattern and I donate 05 cents of every pattern to the local animal shelter here in Libby MT,  I think there is a picture of him here at the bottom of the page.
